WTP - Model SPIN - Acid Based Descaling Powder

WTP SPIN is an acid based, ready to use descaling powder. The product will descale showerheads, plumbing fittings, calorifiers, tanks and sanitary ware in one operation. The product contains inhibitors to protect base metals from the cleaning action of the product. WTPSPIN should be dissolved in warm water for difficult to remove and heavy deposits 1 part powder to 5 parts water. A solution of 1 part powder to 10 parts water can be used for routine cleaning programs.

Model WTPCW503 - Closed System Filter and Cleaner Aid

WTPCW503 is a specialised cleaning and passivating agent designed to aid filtration cleaning of new system pipework. Excellent performance is afforded at lower dosing levels and water usage than conventional treatments. The product contains nitrite, phosphinocarboxylates, yellow metal inhibitors, polymer buffers and adjuncts.

Model WTPH207 - All Organic Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor

WTPH207 is an all organic scale and corrosion inhibitor. A blend of phosphonate, and polymers incorporating dispersants and yellow metal corrosion inhibitors. It is designed for the prevention of hardness deposition in recirculating or once through cooling systems using moderate to high hardness make-up water. WTPH207 is halogen stable and can be used with oxidising biocide programmes. The product retards metal oxide formation, and passivates precipitation zones by sequestration and dispersion. A specific Co-polymer conditions phosphate salts that have been introduced to protect the municipal water supply. Low effective dosage makes WTPH207 economical for large water users. A phosphonate drop test kit is available to determine reserves in the system (WTP TK107).

WTPT322 is a closed system corrosion Inhibitor for use in Medium and High pressure heating systems. WTPT322 is based upon a blend of DEHA, organic alkalinity builders and corrosion inhibitors. This product is ideally suited to large industrial and institutional systems where cost effective protection and ease of monitoring is required. WTPT322 can be applied where demin/deionised water make up is used and low total dissolved solids is required.

DF515 is a polyalkylene glycol based foam control agent suitable for high temperature aqueous systems. WTP DF 515 is an effective antifoam and defoamer at temperatures in excess of 55 0 C. WTP DF 515 offers good foam suppression at low doses and is therefore cost effective in use.
