Designed to fit over a vibration table. Standard temperature range: -100*F to +350*F. Temperature change rates: 5*C/Min. Standard sizes: 27 to 64 cubic feet.

Altitude Range: Site level to 200,000 feet, Altitude Scale: Torr.

Interiors of heavy gauge brushed finish Type 304 stainless steel. Heliarc welded interior seams to form a rugged, vapor-tight unit. Insulated with non-settling, non-hygroscopic high “R” value fiberglass. Exteriors are fabricated of structural steel and heavy gauge corrosion resistant sheet steel. Dual silicone rubber gaskets to seal doors to the chamber. Heavy-duty door hinges and a specially designed, adjustable door latch.  Tough, industrial quality, textured enamel paint finish. Access panels for easy serviceability. Stainless steel drain with a check valve in cold compartment. Pressure equalization system in both compartments.  Standard chamber finish is medium gray.  All chambers allow handling with a forklift.

We are often tasked with designing the system that takes an item from the mould, performs several adapataions along the line, and palatizes the finished product - ready for shipping. Cold air right here, right now. These mighty air chillers deliver a controlled blast of cold air on demand. Custom built for each specific application, these units have been used to accelerate the cooling time of product exiting the injection moulding press. This can accelerate production time by minimizing the time spent waiting for the product to cool enough to proceed with the rest of the processs.
