Weda - High Precision Large Swimming Pool Cleaner System
The Weda 2000 is a very powerful cleaner for cleaning operations in mid-size to large pools or for pools and aquatic parks with large numbers of swimmers. The W2000 is equipped with a safety transformer that brings safe 42 V to the cleaner. The strong suction of this cleaner allows for wall cleaning. The timer function enables the operator to delay the start of the cleaner so that the sediment in the pool has had time to settle on the bottom. The timer also allows for setting of the running time for the cleaner. The rotating brushes release the bottom sediment and moves it towards the suction inlet on the bottom plate of the cleaner. The powerful pump pumps the water through the collecting filter bags or through a discharge hose to the main filters of the pool or to waste.

YT-600 is a remote controlled vehicle for sediment (sludge) removal in all sorts of reservoirs`. The powerful on-board submersible pump and wide nozzle allows for efficient cleaning of large bottom surfaces. The sediment is pumped through a hose to a seleceted discharge point or to a filter. Traditional cleaning after draining and then removal of the sediment requires the reservoir to be taken out of operation, which creates disturbances and may result in cracks and other problems in the reservoirs` bottom and wall structure. By using the YT-600 the reservoir may stay in operation during cleaning. The YT-600 is used today in several different industrial applications, from mines and desalination works to cooling towers – in various industries.

The YT-800 is an electricity-operated remote controlled submersible robot for cleaning large underwater surfaces, such as the bottom of a sand filter. The powerful pump and wide nozzle make it possible to clean large areas in a relatively short time. The sediment is pumped through a hose to a designated point of discharge, such as a sand treatment station. Traditional cleaning using loading machines, conveyor belts and such require costly investments and manual filter cleaning is very labor intensive. Both methods require that the filter is drained and taken offline. With the YT-800, cleaning can be carried out during full operation.

Weda - Sand Filter Robot Skimmer
Skimming of slow sand filters without emptying has long been a request from the water market. Weda is now launching a remote-controlled robot that can run on the sand bed and remove the so-called schmutzdecke and pump it to the desired landfill. The machine sucks in 1- 3 cm of schmutzdecke and the sand that is pumped out of the slow filter. The method also works on facilities with infiltration ponds. The estimated cleaning capacity is 60-150 square meters per hour.
