Water Marketing Services

WestWater’s water marketing services include water asset management, discrete and dependable brokerage services, identifying and developing strategic trading partners, and active marketing and sales of your water. WestWater typically conducts marketing projects in two phases to allow clients to initially assess marketing prospects and then decide whether or not to pursue active marketing. Phase 1 typically includes a preliminary review of water right documents and the surrounding water markets to identify an estimated value for the water rights and any immediate fatal flaws that would prevent the water rights from being marketed. Phase 1 is designed to assist clients in determining if market conditions warrant the marketing of their water rights. Phase 2 of our marketing services provides clients with the creation of marketing materials and the actual marketing of the water rights. This phase typically includes a detailed analysis of the property and water rights, development of offering documents, identification and development of potential buyers, negotiations, contracting, submittal of the necessary regulatory documents, and transaction support.
