The Wilden® bolted plastic air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump combines maximum performance and efficiency with superior containment. Wilden`s bolted-construction pumps offer improved flow rates and a redesigned liquid path that reduces internal friction for maximum output and longer diaphragm life.

Saniflo™ Hygienic™ Series (HS) pumps are uniquely designed for high-cleanliness requirements and feature a free-draining flow path that enables clean-in-place (CIP) capability. The HS flow-through liquid-path design also eliminates any potential areas where product residue can be trapped and contaminate the product. They are perfect for low-acid, pasteurized and protein-based products all the way up to biopharmaceutical sterile processes. HS pumps also meet the highest standards and requirements in the industry, including 3A, ATEX, EC 1935/2004, USP Class VI* and FDA CFR 21.177. ^*USP Class VI certification is available only for Saniflo HS pumps with PTFE elastomer options

Saniflo™ FDA Series pumps are designed for standard food applications that don’t require the Hygienic™ Series (HS) design or clean-in-place (CIP) capability. They are well suited for sanitary applications moving high-acid, high-sugar and high-fat media. With simple installation and robust design, FDA pumps comply with FDA, CE, EC 1935/2004 and ATEX requirements.

Accu-Flo™ Series Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps give you the critical external pump control necessary for exacting applications such as batching. Featuring a direct electrical interface that utilizes electrical impulses to stroke the pump instead of differential pressure, the Accu-Flo Series provides a variable stroke rate that you can easily control as needed. To meet your applications, Accu-Flo Series pumps are available as NEMA 5-compliant and come in a variety of voltage options.

Wilden TPE diaphragms are durable, low cost and operate over a wide temperature range. Injection-molded of premium grade engineering resins, TPE diaphragms have inherent tensile strength without the need for fabric reinforcement. TPE diaphragms are available in Wilden’s integral piston and EZ-Install diaphragm design as well as the traditional AODD diaphragm shape (pie-shape).
