For transformer weights from 0.5 t up to 2.5 t distributed among 4 bearing block parts. Without the use of elastic elements between the castors and the underground the vibrations which arise during the operation of a transformer are induced into the adjacent structures. This structure-borne sound is not only unpleasant but it also damages the structure. Vibrastop transformer bearings cannot avoid the vibration of the trafo but they substantially reduce the transfer to the surrounding. The decoupling effect is based on the greatest difference between the own frequency of the smoothly placed transformer and the excitation frequency which arises from the operation of the transformer.

However, in order to ensure a long life of the transformer a construction-related maximum of spring deflection should not be exceeded, for that reason a graded product range is available.

Even Wall - Drilling Technology
In drilling technology the principle of progressive cavity pumps is used in the opposite way. Here the drilling material is transported through the stator and drives the drill head. The strain on the material is enormous: the most difficult conditions of use with partly high temperatures and aggressive material. The EVEN WALL® technology from Kächele offers great advantages in the drilling technology: with the same performance the shape permits a shorter construction form. More flexibility and small drilling radiuses are thus feasible.
