Ultra Fine Grinding
Vibratory Screens Machine
At the simplest level, vibrating screens are used to separate a variety of different materials by size. This can mean anything from removing larger particles to getting rid of particles that are too fine – and by choosing the right screening equipment for your industry and materials, you should be able to get just the results you need. There are different vibrating screens available, and choosing the right one will depend on what you intend to use your vibratory screen machine for. In the pharmaceutical or food industries, where hygiene is of the utmost importance, you can choose to use screening equipment made from stainless steel. If you are after a machine that can do heavy duty work, though, you may wish to select a more durable material such as carbon.
Ceramic Polishing Machines
The Ceramic Polishing Machine range are designed primarily for use in the ceramic industry for the cleaning, smoothing and polishing of all types of ceramic-ware before decorating or glazing.
Sieving Machines
Separating your materials is serious business: you need to be sure that the sieving equipment you choose to use is going to give you consistent results. This is particularly true when it comes to pharmaceuticals and the food industry, as there is no room for error. That’s why we take our role as sieve manufacturers very seriously, and we’re committed to providing you with a sieving machine that can be relied upon.
Vibro-Energy - Grinding Mill
It is well-known that the commercial value and performance of many materials is vastly increased by Ultra-Fine Grinding and the Vibro-Energy Grinding Mill is a proven machine for obtaining such materials with high efficiency and at low cost. Grinding is carried out in the Mill by the use of high density Ceramic Media. The requirements for ultrafine grinding are that relatively small forces need to be applied at very high frequencies to thin layers of the process material. Not only is it unnecessary to apply large forces in fine grinding but it is undesirable, since these would damage the grinding media and the grinding mill lining, resulting in considerable product contamination. The grinding forces must be applied to thin layers of material otherwise energy is expended in re-arranging the particles without producing breakage. The easiest method of ensuring thin layers of process material is to distribute it throughout a large contact area within a close packed mass.
Ball Mill Grinding
Our ball mill grinding products apply the ancient principle of ball grinding to the industrial needs of the modern world. Many different industries can benefit from the grinding action that these mills offer: they are suitable for both dry and wet grinding as well as cryogenic grinding, and are commonly used for mixing or grinding chemicals, ores, paints and ceramic materials. This means that ball mill grinders can be incredibly useful for industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, metal alloying, mining, food processing and general construction.
Vibro-Energy - Ultra Fine Mixing & Blending Machines
Only the Boulton design of Vibro-Energy Mill has the vibratory generator mounted at the centre of gravity of the mill chamber with the coil springs mounted around the periphery of the chamber.
Grinding Media Products
At William Boulton, quality is at the core of everything we do. Our grinding media products are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and processes, ensuring high standards of durability, performance, and reliability. Each product undergoes rigorous testing and quality checks to meet and exceed industry standards as well as our clients’ expectations.
Spare Parts
All of the machinery here at William Boulton is built to last – inevitably, though, a hardworking vibratory separator or grinding machine is going to need the occasional bit of T and C to keep it running. We supply high quality spare parts, which can be used to give your equipment a new burst of life. This is a very cost-effective way of maintaining your vibratory machinery, as it means you don’t have to replace expensive items that have run down.
