WITec - Model ALPHA300 R - Confocal Raman Imaging Microscope
While long recognized as the state-of-the-art imaging system, ongoing development resulting from our innovative spirit keeps the WITec`s Raman microscope alpha300 R at the forefront of the technology and sets the benchmark in terms of flexibility, sensitivity, speed and performance. These unique characteristics have established the alpha300 R the preeminent confocal Raman imaging system on the market. The flexibility of the alpha300 R series allows the system to adapt to all requirements, combine different imaging techniques and to evolve to meet new or expanded needs.
WITec - Model Access - Micro-Raman Single-Spot Analysis and Mapping Microscope
access is a micro-Raman single-spot analysis and mapping microscope. It was specifically engineered for budget-conscious customers with high demands on instrument performance. Its outstanding spectral quality, optical throughput and signal sensitivity are ensured by well-established WITec optical elements. The high-quality microscope setup of the access is also the basis for its full upgradability. Whenever needed, access can be easily and quickly adapted to new requirements. Customized solutions for e.g. scan stages, spectrometers, cameras and lasers can be added and even advanced Raman techniques can be integrated. So over time, with an access microscope as a starting point, one could build up a WITec high-end instrument to conquer the Raman world. With this continuity inherent in our product line, access enables our customers to keep pace with the evolving state of the art.
WITec - Model alpha300 apyron - Fully Automated Raman Imaging System
The alpha300 apyron is the top of the line Raman imaging system in WITec’s microscope series. It combines ease-of-use and ultimate capability by automating hardware control and offering pre-configured measurement routines. This streamlines the experimental workflow and yields reproducible results with unrivaled speed, sensitivity and resolution. With the release of a new generation of alpha300 apyron microscopes, WITec now takes Raman imaging automation to the next level.
Raman Microscopes - Correlative Microscopes
WITec - Model alpha300 RA - Correlative Raman-AFM Microscope
alpha300 RA – Combination of Chemical and Nanoscale Structural Imaging in one System. The well-established Raman-AFM combination alpha300 RA was the first integrated Raman AFM system on the market and continues to set the standard for combined instrument configurations for correlative Raman-AFM microscopy. The alpha300 RA incorporates the features of the Raman microscopy system alpha300 R for powerful chemical imaging along with Atomic Force Microscopy (alpha300 A) for high-resolution nanoscale surface characterization. Thus correlative Raman AFM imaging facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the samples.
WITec - Model alpha300 RS - Correlative Raman and Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy
For the user with challenging experimental requirements, the alpha300 RS facilitates confocal Raman imaging in combination with Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy for optical imaging with resolution beyond the diffraction limit. It combines all features of the alpha300 S and alpha300 R and many AFM operation modes. Furthermore the combined Raman-SNOM microscope is ideally suited for high-resolution Raman imaging techniques such as nearfield-Raman imaging.
WITec RISE - Model Raman SEM - Correlative Raman Imaging and Scanning Electron Microscopy
World`s first fully-integrated Raman Imaging and Scanning Electron Microscopes. RISE Microscopy is a novel correlative microscopy technique that combines SEM and confocal Raman Imaging. Through RISE Microscopy ultra-structural surface properties can be linked to molecular compound information.
WITec TrueSurface - Topographic Raman Microscopy Imaging
Chemical Analysis and Profilometry in One Pass. WITec’s patented TrueSurface Microscopy option enables confocal Raman imaging guided by surface topography. Topographic Raman Imaging, a technique pioneered by WITec, uses an advanced optical profilometer integrated within the instrument to provide one-pass simultaneous operation.
AFM Microscopes
WITec - Model alpha300 A - Nanoscale Surface Characterization
The WITec Atomic Force Microscope alpha300 A is a reliable, high-quality nano-imaging system integrated with a research-grade optical microscope and provides superior optical access, easy cantilever alignment and high-resolution sample survey. WITec Atomic Force Microscopes are developed and designed to allow combination with other imaging techniques such as confocal Raman imaging. All imaging techniques can be integrated within the same microscope system. By simply rotating the microscope turret the user can then switch between the different methods. Possible combinations with AFM include luminescence, fluorescence, polarization analysis, bright field, dark field, SNOM, and Raman imaging.
SNOM Microscopes
WITec - Model alpha300 S - Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope (SNOM)
The alpha300 S is a user-friendly Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope (SNOM) that combines the advantages of SNOM, confocal microscopy and AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy) in a single instrument. Switching between the different modes can be easily done by rotating the objective turret. The alpha300 S uses unique micro-fabricated SNOM cantilever sensors for optical microscopy with spatial resolution beyond the diffraction limit.
Spectroscopic System
WITec - Model UHTS - Raman Spectrometer
All WITec`s Raman microscopes are operated with ultra-high throughput spectrometers (UHTS) that were distinctively developed for high speed and high resolution Raman imaging. The UHTS series comprises of six models in several focal lengths to accommodate multiple laser excitation wavelengths (UV to IR) and spectral resolution requirements. The automated triple-grating turret can host up to three gratings. Customers can choose from among a variety of gratings matching individual requirements in terms of spectral range and resolution. On the detector side several types of CCD cameras with excellent quantum efficiencies are available.
