Leak detection of food packages based on CO2 – non-LEAK-MASTERdestructive, fast and accurate. WITT’s LEAK-MASTER series is an effective control instrument for the sample leak tests of modified atmosphere packages (MAP) based on CO2. LEAK-MASTER checks flexible and rigid packs up to E2 format and detects even the smallest of leaks. LEAK-MASTER package leak detection system manages the specific settings of up to 1200 products and names, passwords and barcodes of up to 60 users. In combination with the software GASCONTROL CENTER, WITT provides the package leak detection solution with complete quality documentation.

Package Leak Detection / Leak Testing system using a water-based bubble leak test. LEAK-MASTER® EASY allows the detection even of the smallest of leaks in packages and a seal integrity test. After the package is placed into the test chamber filled with water, the head space above the water level is evacuated. This is done with the help of a compressed air operated Venturi nozzle (optionally also with electric vacuum pump). Thus, the package immersed in the water inflates, allowing any leaks and their location to be identified by a stream of bubbles.
