Woodward`s second generation current-to-pressure converters (CPC-II) 25 bar, Zone 1, simplex version with enhanced dynamics are electrohydraulic pressure regulating control valves used to position single-acting steam turbine valve servos/actuators.  The CPC-II solves one of the industries number one reliability issue of oil contamination affecting equipment uptime and performance.

Woodward’s side stick designs can be implemented on aircraft for pitch and roll control, and on rotorcraft for cyclic control and auxiliary control. We also provide yoke, or center stick, controller systems, complete with mechanical linkages that maintain line-replaceable unit (LRU) flexibility.
