WSI - Containerized Wastewater Treatment Plants

Our Containerized Systems are wastewater treatment systems fit into a container to allow a natural movement for remote locations and emergency needs. Designed with maximum efficiency in mind, these systems are fully equipped with the needed with controls and are ready to treat municipal wastewater.

WSI - Design-Build Wastewater Treatment Systems

WSI International offers design-build systems made for the municipality, land developer, or community site. Whether small or extensive wastewater treatment facilities, our plants are phased to accommodate all budgets while ensuring compliance with both local and regional regulations.A leader in Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology, Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) and Aerobic Sludge Digestion, we tap into our 30 years of manufacturing experience to deliver plants that meet/exceed strict discharge standards.

WSI - Modular Wastewater Treatment Systems

Do you have a tight schedule but want the highest quality possible? Our Modular systems are designed just for you. Our Modular or Prepacked Systems are prefabricated and mechanically tested to fit into your wastewater treatment needs. Designed and built by expert engineers, these are the ideal choice for projects that require a small footprint or have limited access to sub-contractors.
So, whether it`s land development, housing, subdivisions, and small to medium-sized communities, these pre-designed systems will achieve your intended goal.

Equipment - Oil and Gas Treatment

WSI - Dissolved Air Flotation System (DAF)

Our R-75OG DAF Systems have been designed from the ground up to treat heavily contaminated water from energy and mining operations. Each DAF is fitted with controls, instrumentation, influent pumps, effluent pumps, sludge pumps, and a coagulation system. Each unit can treat 10,000 barrels of produced water a day. Multiple units can run in parallel for higher capacities.

WSI - Belt Press

WSI belt presses are designed for heavy mud and sludge applications. Our presses are a perfect fit for Oil and Gas Operations. They come skid mounted and can recycle water from the DAF to wash down the belt. They can operate as a complete stand-alone unit, to dewater at multiple sites. Each belt press come pre-assembled  and tested. They are capable of treating 7 barrels a minute of sludge.

WSI - Mobile Modular Units

Our module system offers a complete solution to any Oil and Gas wastewater stream. They are prefabricated and ready to deploy. Most configurations have a chemical treatment module, DGF/DAF module and a dewatering module. They can be rearranged on the fly, depending on the treatment requirements. Each module has integrated control that intelligently "talk" to each other to optimize effluent quality.

Equipment - Industrial Pretreatment

WSI - Fully Packaged Dissolved Air Flotation System (DAF)

The R-75 DAF was originally designed for use in the mining and the oil & gas industry. Over the past couple of years, it`s become apparent that it`s robust heavy-duty frame and integrated components are perfect for emergency industrial pretreatment scenarios. We`ve deployed the R-75 to several customers that were out compliance on their discharge permits. The DAF is capable of running autonomously and can remove 99% of solids. The DAF can process 500GPM of water.

Belt Press

WSI - Belt Press

WSI has been designing and building Belt Filter Presses for over 12 years. Our belt press uses industry standards as well as proprietary technology. All of our presses have five major components; a headbox for optimal sludge flocculation, a gravity section to thicken the sludge, an adjustable wedge section to allow for maximum dewatering, an “S” section to permit a gradual increase in pressure and a cake doctoring section to remove the sludge from the belt. Each section is custom designed to meet or exceed the demands of the project.

Dissolved Air Flotation Unit (DAF)

WSI - Dissolved Air Flotation Unit (DAF)

The DAF unit acts to remove the suspended solids (TSS) from the wastewater source. The DAF pump recirculates DAF effluent and flash mixes it with ambient air (aspirated on the suction side of the DAF pump). The air dissolves into the effluent under the pressure of the pump.

WSI - Surface Skimmer System

The skimmer system is comprised of two parallel lengths of ultraviolet stabilized glass reinforced Nylon 6/6 chain with stainless steel paddles and buna rubber wiper assemblies.
