The House Service Cutout Series by Sicame UK offers a range of durable low voltage fusegear solutions, designed primarily for residential and commercial applications. These Series 5, 6, 7, and 8 models come in 60/80A or 100A versions, constructed of robust Glass Reinforced Polyester (DMC) material, ensuring high performance and track resistance. Series 5 serves as a replacement for existing PILC installations with interchangeable phase and neutral/earth terminals for simple installation on both paper and polymeric insulated cables. Series 6 is compliant with BS7657 and is particularly suited for Separate Neutral and Earth (SNE) systems. Series 7 enhances standard S7 features with a turret design to prevent unauthorized electricity access between cut-out and meter, suitable for CNE systems. Lastly, Series 8 provides modularity, supporting PME and SNE earthing with single and triple pole setups. Across all series, the products are engineered for simplified installation and reliability in various network configurations.

Designed to aid the separation of cores during jointing, these wedges are moulded in nylon to resist detrimental wear at the tip during normal use. The smooth surface of the material ensures minimal damage to the core insulation, and they have been designed to reduce the risk of displacement whilst located between the cable cores.
