Wastewater is treated using an electrolytic process that also produces a mixture of hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen gas.   These gases are a valuable commodity, which can be used to generate energy that can be sold back to the grid or re-used to reduce operating costs. Wastewater treatment is primarily accomplished through a scalable single unit process that occupies up to 75% less space than conventional treatment systems.
