Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump
Standard centrifugal pumps have no self-priming capability and are incapable of pumping when water flow is discontinued in the suction pipe. The oval shaped self-priming pump has weak self-priming force at locations where back pressure is present, and the higher the pump head, the harder to self-prime the water. The YOKOTA Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump has the same pumping capability for high head pumping as other centrifugal pumps, however its self-priming force is extremely strong at 60-90kPa (6-9m water column), which enables the pump to be used even under extreme conditions.
Defoaming Pumps
It is often the case that gas bubbles are generated in the processing of liquids such as liquid foods, beverages and chemicals, and the bubbles cause the following difficulties: Measurement of liquid quantity becomes inaccurate, and flow rate control becomes difficult. Troublesome and costly removal of overflowing bubbles. Bubbles cause difficulty in sending liquid to the next process. Bubbles overflow during packaging, causing deterioration in packaging efficiency. These problems have been commonly dealt with by giving time for the bubbles to settle down. However, this creates new problems due to the amount of time required for bubbles to settle down, causing a loss in processing time, and the necessity of installing a large tank for stabilization of liquid, which increases processing costs.
UTX - Turbine Pump
A turbine pump is a convenient pump suitable for handling relatively small amounts of liquid with high total head. The YOKOTA Self-Priming Turbine Pump has such strong self-priming power that it can be used for suction from deep wells with continuous pumping even if suction or mixture of air occurs. This pump is also suitable for industrial applications such as filter suction pumping and extraction from sealed tanks (vacuum tanks). In any application, this pump enables automatic operation with high reliability.

UFSP - Constant Pressure Valve
With both opening and closing valve parts being aligned along a single axis, the pilot valve performs excellent pressure control under any condition. The unique closure mechanism realizes complete water shutoff performance. The set outlet pressure is maintained even in the fully closed condition, therefore costs for pipes on the downstream side of the valve can be reduced. The pilot valve does not have any minute, fixed restriction passage like a needle valve, and is therefore clog-resistant. And, even if clogging by foreign material occurs, the built-in self-cleaning mechanism causes the clogged valve part to open automatically to remove the foreign material. Due to its simple construction, troublesome adjustments are unnecessary. Being excellent in durability and practically maintenance-free, using this valve reduces maintenance costs.
UFSS, UFSA - Afety Valve, Pressure Relief Valve
The excellent pilot valve mechanism provides rapid response under any condition and prevents inlet pressure from rising. The unique closure mechanism maintains complete water shutoff in the fully closed condition. UFSE - Emergency Shutoff Valve
The excellent pilot valve mechanism detects abnormalities rapidly and performs emergency shutoff. The main valve is safely locked in the closed condition and does not automatically reset even when normal conditions are restored.
