Zahit Aluminium which assumes R&D and innovation culture, towards its aims such as to develop new products and technologies to its field with steady R&D activities, to present with accretion value, innovative products to the exist and new markets and to increase import; established Zahit Aluminium R&D centre in their facility placed in AOSB. On 8th of June 2017, with the committee meeting of Science and Technology Ministry, 512. R&D Centre Certificate of Turkish Republic has given to Zahit Aluminium. Since then, Zahit Aluminium which takes the title of having R&D Centre as being in the 3rd place in Adana city and being in the 2nd place in AOSB; with 19 R&D staffs in charge, will produce projects intended to develop products with high accretion value, quality and high technology; to increase brand value, foreign trade volume and productivity.

Cast House Plant; Zahit Aluminium cast house has the latest technology HOT-TOP Molding System. It has 2 units of Melting and 1 unit of alloying furnace with a capacity of 20.000 tons per year as well as 2 units of homogeneous annealing and cooling furnaces, 25 tons and 10 tons with ±5°C precision. It produces 6000 alloy series with original ingots and chemical analysis of aluminium alloys are carefully monitered with a Spectro Analysis Device by chemical engineers. So that billets can be produced in different dimensions and alloys.

This section consists of two separate lines in itself. A-) Washing and chromating line. B-) Paint line Firstly various brands and sizes to be used in the production of aluminum composite panel boards wash and send to chromating line. It is necessary to purify the coil from chemical preservatives and keep the surface of the coil preliminary processing before painting. Washing and chromating line carries out these operations. The second line is the line of the painting. The roll form coil which is processed in washing and chromating line, is lined and then painted one of the standard colors or according to customer request custom painted in colors.
