Composite Panel Production Line Services
This section consists of two separate lines in itself. A-) Washing and chromating line. B-) Paint line Firstly various brands and sizes to be used in the production of aluminum composite panel boards wash and send to chromating line. It is necessary to purify the coil from chemical preservatives and keep the surface of the coil preliminary processing before painting. Washing and chromating line carries out these operations. The second line is the line of the painting. The roll form coil which is processed in washing and chromating line, is lined and then painted one of the standard colors or according to customer request custom painted in colors.
Top and bottom of composite layer which are processed in aluminium coil painting line are merged with a special filling meterial. The filling meterial should be consistently the same quality and mixture. So Zahit Aluminium has a computer-controlled mixer. In this way, all the same filling materials prepared in the mix and a homogeneous structure. Firstly filling meterial which is prepared in mixer floor is poured among two coils with the help of extruder then coated again with high-quality and appropriate amount of polyethylene with the help of computer-controlled extruder. Zahit Aluminium has an in-house tension testing machine. Panels are controlled with instant adhesion and peeling resistance. In these tests, results and samples are maintained in accordance with the quality policy of a specific period of time.
