The compact size and mounting orientation of the Zaxis PD enable close proximity to leak test fixtures, thereby reducing connection volume. Reducing test connection volume increases test sensitivity and decreases test times, yielding superior performance. All Zaxis leak testers have a small internal test volume. This optimized small internal test volume combined with integrated sensors and a 24-bit A/D converter enable Zaxis’ unparalleled performance. The most sizable leak tester in the Zaxis family is the 7i. Featuring a broad 7 inch touch screen for ease of use, a larger internal capacity, and USB port the Zaxis 7i is the big brother of our leak tester family. Its internal capacity allows for larger valves, resulting in faster test times for applications with larger test volumes.

Pressure Decay Leak Tester without an air supply! The volumetric leak tester uses a plunger to generate a fixed volume of air without being attached to house air. No house air needed! This leak tester was originally conceived for filling and performing a pressure decay test on balloon catheters but has been expanded to multiple leak testing applications like chamber testing etc. Chamber testing is ideal for performing pressure decay tests on sealed parts such as sealed electronics or wearables.

Extremely fast and accurate, the Z-Regulator proportional electro pneumatic pressure regulator converts a voltage or current input into a precise proportional pressure output. The Zregulator uses two values working in unison to reach and maintain pressure. A built in 30 cc reservoir means there is no minimum volume to operate the Zregulator and provides for a more consistent pressure over time. The operating pressure of Zaxis’ electronic regulator is 0-500 psi. It can be can configured with a 2″ display. The Zregulator can be manually controlled with buttons or digitally controlled with 0-5V, 0-10V or 4 to 20 mA signal. In the future this product will be Ethernet IP capable.

Microliter Heads: Designed primarily for ultra-low volume metering and dispensing, providing high precision and accuracy. If you are looking to meter under 100 mL/min or dispense from 2.5 µL to 100 µL per revolution, then the M0 or M1 head is perfect. Standard with low flow, low dead volume ¼ -28 female ports. The PVDF (Kynar®) pump body, and the wetted path can be configured for Kynar®, PTFE, and Rulon® AR. Select the piston size closest to your maximum volume for the best accuracy and precision.

Milliliter Heads for metering pumps: The V-SAN pump heads offer industry leading design for ease of disassembly, combined with rugged performance, high precision, and repeatability. If you are looking to meter up to 1920mL/min or dispense down to 25µL, then the V-Series are ideal. The V-Series is constructed with ISO, Male Gauge Threads standard, allowing for compression type fittings, which are available in a wide range of imperial and metric sizes. Select the piston size closest to your maximum volume for the best accuracy and precision.
