It has five manufacturing plants with total floor coverage of 56,800 square meters and building area of 35,000 square meters.Huaxia is equipped with sophisticated machining center,CNC lathe and metal cutting processing equipment, physical and chemical test,spectral analysis and valve all round properties testing equipment,as well as provided with valve micro leakage detection capability.Its dominant products include ball valves,butterfly valves,gate valves,flatplate gate valves,globe valves,check valves,sanitary butterfly valves,ball wedge needle valves and Extrude Pipe Connecting.Valve size:1/4'~68'(DN6~DN1800).pressure rating: 150LB~2500LB,PN6~PN42.Temperature range:-196℃~850℃.standards:API,DIN,BS,EN,ANSI,GB.material:carbon steel, stainless steel,alloy steel,Monel alloy,low temperature steel and other special steel boby.Driving means:manual,gear rotary,electric pneumatic,hydraulic.
Metal-metal soft sealings,triangle section sealing structure ball valves, ball wedge flap valves,ball wedge needle valves,Extrude sealing Pipe Connecting and other products have been obtained with sevebteen national patents and international patents,also listed by the Ministry of Science and Technology as of State Torch Program and State Key New Product.Huaxia has Supervised and participated in compiling 31 national standards,and currently invited to participate in compiling 14 new national standards.
Its annual production value RMB 600 million with export amount accounting for 50%,mainly exported to USA,Europe,Middle East.Africa and Singapore,products deeply favored by them.
