The drum chipper has a large motorized drum located in the center of the machine. This machine is dedicated to the wood industry. That`s why it is popular in places where wood chips used as raw material for additional production like wood pellet mill, particle mill, fiber board mill, biomass power plant, etc. The shredding materials are of a great variety, such as wood, stalking or straw, etc. Our chopper drum is extremely robust and scientifically designed which allows to transfer wood materials in uniform and high quality.

This machine that combines grinding and shredding, is the specialized equipment for processing various biomass feedstock, especially wood pellets that is impossible to be processed by the ordinary grinder. This equipment integrates the process of shredding and grinding and is suitable for cutting 1-20 cm of branches, stems, bamboo, straw, corn stalks, fibrous materials sorghum stem of stems, etc., in the powder less than 3-5mm, which is the right size before pelletizing. It is widely used for machine-made charcoal plant, pellet plant, artificial panel plant, bio-energy plant, paper mill, sawdust plant, mushroom planting industry, l chemical industry, etc.

When sugarcane is squeezed for its juice, a fibrous pulp material is left over. This material is processed into a usable form called ‘bagasse’. For each 10 tonnes of sugarcane crushed, 3 tonnes of wet bagasse is produced. Sugarcane bagasse, once a worthless residue is now an important co-product used for the generation of energy and production of ethanol, among other things. Our company has designed 3 bagasse pellet plant in Brazil that would process bagasse, a byproduct of sugar cane production, into small, dense pellets that can be burned for fuel.
