Kawise - Small Pellet Machine

Kawise series small pellet machines are designed to compress biomass materials and grains into high-quality feed pellets for poultry and livestock, as well as biomass pellets. Available in two versions, the standard model and the upgraded model, which features a fully enclosed motor shell for added protection and durability. The capacities ranging from 40kg/h to 750kg/h are ideal for small to medium-sized businesses and individual users.

Kawise - Feed Pellet Machine

 The feed pellet machine is primarily used to compress materials like grains, forage, and straw into feed suitable for livestock, poultry, pets, and fish. The pellets have moderate hardness, uniform size, and are easy to store while being more digestible and absorbable for animals. Our feed pellet machines are widely used in medium to large-scale feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, and small scale personal farms. They are available in two main series: flat die pellet machines and ring die pellet machines.

Kawise - Ring Die Pellet Mill

The designed output of the ring die pellet mill is 700-4500 kg/h. It is typically used to process materials like rice husks, sunflower seed shells, peanut shells, sawdust, wood shavings, wood waste, crop stalks, and other combustible biomass materials. The pellets produced from these materials can be used as efficient fuel and are widely applied in industries such as fuel production, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, and boilers and other industry areas.
