It helps to achieve signi? cant water savings, or fully substitute potable water with the any other source of water such as bore water, seawater etc. The compact size of AutochlorTM allows ef? cient space utilisation in the plant room. Using our system helps to free up valuable space, otherwise taken by chemical storage, and eliminates the danger associated with the mass storage of chlorine.AutochlorTM chlorine generators are powered by a switch mode power supply (SMPS) and deliver about 60% savings on electrical power consumption compared to standard chlorine generators available on the market. These savings are achieved by gaining ef? ciency from SMPS, unique design of the electrolytic cell, as well as highly active catalytic coating of the anode material.SALT WATER CHLORINE GENERATORSAIS ANODEOur Anode is the complete catalyst solution for all chlor-alkali applications where a hypochlorite generation is the target. AIS Anode is available ‘off the shelf’ or custom made.ON-SITE OFF-LINE FRESH WATER CHLORINE GENERATORSChlorogenTM is an Off-Line On-Site chlorine generator that is designed to generate hypochlorite independently of the process stream. It can produce up to 0.8% solution for water disinfection using only salt, water, and power. Salt is added to a Brine Tank and the Hypochlorite produced by the system is transferred to a Holding tank for dosing into the process. The system runs automatically on demand to keep the Holding tank full. ChlorogenTM is a convenient, environmentally friendly and safe alternative to liquid or gas chlorine. The technology is safe and reduses chlorine residual to meet H&S requirements. Users no longer have to worry about liability, training, or Risk Management Plants (RMPs).3ON-SITE IN-LINE FRESH WATER CHLORINE GENERATORSUsing completely new technology, the AIS research and development team has developed unique low resistance and low activation anode material. In combination with a specially designed power supply and electrolytic cell, this innovation allows the generation of suf? cient amount of chlorine in the fresh water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of 50ppm or more. Apart from the electricity, the fresh water chlorine generators do not require any salt and/or any other chemicals to produce the chlorine. Chlorine is activated from the small amount of natural mineral salts present in the fresh water. This is called inline chlorination technology, i.e. fresh water passes through the cell and the required amount of chlorine is produced from the water itself and diluted immediately into the passing water.This eliminates the need to use and store salt and hypochlorite like previously done in traditional in-line systems. Less parts (i.e. storage tanks, no dosing pumps, no salt) makes this unique system smaller and lighter compared to all available fresh water systems, saving consumer money and the environment.Cell module assembly with multiple electrolytic cells on a single skid can be built as large as 152 kg/hour of chlorine.EcolineTM can be used for many applications - drinking water treatment; food processing plants; reverse osmosis / desalination; water features, cooling towers, fresh water swimming pools, irrigation water; grey water; agricultural lagoons; recycled water; sewerage and waste water; and bio-septic tanks.
