We offer the most complete line of standard, pre-engineered CNG compression systems in the industry ranging from 7.5 hp (9 scfm / 4.5 gge/hr) suitable for small fleets up to 350 hp (720 scfm / 360 gge/hr) systems suitable for large fleets and public stations. BAUER’s Nitrogen Generation Systems provide an attractive alternative to merchant supplied nitrogen because nitrogen is generated continuously on-site without the logistics problems associated with cryogenic gas. Our fully integrated nitrogen generation and compression systems are designed for industrial, manufacturing, defense, marine, aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, and food processing applications where nitrogen purity and consistency are critical. Our product capabilities range from miniature-sized portable system producing high purity nitrogen at 1 scfm to very large, diesel driven containerized systems for offshore use producing over 750 scfm. Purities range from 95% to 99.9% depending on whether membrane or PSA nitrogen generation technology is utilized.
