Each product within our breathing air portfolio is specifically designed for the end user application ranging from small mobile systems to very large stationary systems operating in fire stations, mobile vehicles, dive operations, shipboard, offshore platforms, industrial plants, etc. Our systems can fit any need from 2.9 scfm charge rate up to 145 scfm charge rate (per compressor system) with fill pressures up to 6000 psig. Typical applications are for component testing, hydro-pneumatic systems, pneumatic actuation, process control, gas recovery, high pressure cylinder filling, propellant, gas inerting, nitrogen generation, high purity instrument air, etc. Our industrial compressor systems are available in capacities ranging from 10 to over 750 scfm (per compressor) with working pressures from 350 - 7000 psig and with power requirements from 1.5 to 400 hp (per compressor).

BAUER’s Natural Gas (CNG) Compression Systems are chosen by fleets all over the world because of their proven reliability and performance as well as their wide capacity and performance range. We offer the most complete line of standard, pre-engineered CNG compression systems in the industry ranging from 7.5 hp (9 scfm / 4.5 gge/hr) suitable for small fleets up to 350 hp (720 scfm / 360 gge/hr) systems suitable for large fleets and public stations. BAUER also offers an array of integrated storage solutions, integrated high pressure dryers and integrated priority fill systems.

BAUER’s Nitrogen Generation Systems provide an attractive alternative to merchant supplied nitrogen because nitrogen is generated continuously on-site without the logistics problems associated with cryogenic gas. Our fully integrated nitrogen generation and compression systems are designed for industrial, manufacturing, defense, marine, aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, and food processing applications where nitrogen purity and consistency are critical. Our product capabilities range from miniature-sized portable system producing high purity nitrogen at 1 scfm to very large, diesel driven containerized systems for offshore use producing over 750 scfm. Purities range from 95% to 99.9% depending on whether membrane or PSA nitrogen generation technology is utilized.
