Bioflying - IP40 - Stainless Steel UV-light Fly Catcher - Brochure
Technical Data Sheet I.N.D.I.A. INDUSTRIE CHIMICHE S.p.A. – Nona Strada, 57 – 35129 PADOVA, VENETO - Italia BIOFLYING IP40 Stainless steel UV light fly catcher. Can be fixed to the ceiling or to the wall. Catches pests through a glued board BIOFLYING IP40 is a device that permits to catch insects inside premises thanks to the combined effect of 2 UV light sources and a wide glued board. Actinic neon lights emit 20 Watts each and are extremely attractive to insects even in the presence of competitive light sources. BIOFLYING IP40 can protect a surface up to 120 square metres, depending on where it is fixed. The peculiar concave shape reduces the direct emission of UV light (which is potentially harmful to human eyes) and at the same time it make the glued board less visible and less exposed to dust. Installation and maintenance BIOFLYING IP40 should be installed inside premises at a height of 1.80-2 metres, if possible on a white surface, away from air drafts and light sources (windows and reflecting surfaces) that can compete with the UV light emitted by the fly catcher neon lights. To install the fly catcher properly, read the instructions in the package. The actinic light should be replaced after 6,000 hours of functioning.
