BP 3200 is a medium-sized me-chanical briquette press for the professional manufacturer with about 1000 to 3000 tons of raw-material per year. It is designed for production of briquettes from dust like MDF, waste from softwood and other biomass products.The standard BP 3200 is mainly used for production of briquettes for industrial use at woodworking companies with large silo capacity, where the press is operating two or three shifts to compress wood-waste like shavings or chips in line with the actual production.The BP 3200 automatic is suitable for companies with smaller silo capacity. It has an advanced Siemens PLC-control, which is normally set to au-tomatic operation in order to start up the machine, as soon as the indica-tion has been given by the level sen-sors in the silo. It will automatically stop the press again just before the silo is empty. The PLC-control starts and stops the briquette production according to your actual need. We can equip the press with a text message system which informs about any running problems of the briquetting line to the responsible person in case of a production stop. A modem can be installed for remote fault detection or reprogramming of the PLC unit.The BP 3200 press has a reliable splash type lubrication system. All vi-tal parts are integrated in the strong machine frame. Smooth operation is secured by balancing the ?ywheel to reduce vibration- and noise level of the press.We have reduced the friction and in-creased the working ef?ciency consi-derably by using roller bearings in all rotating parts of the BP 3200 press.A simple and ef?cient die system guarantees a perfect quality of the briquettes under all circumstances.
