The BP 6000 HD mechanical bri-quetting press is for the profes-sional manufacturer with a large demand for production of mainly consumer briquettes. It is a stur-dy and reliable press available in two versions with difference only in the electronic control system.The standard version is designed forsemi-automatic operation until 24hours per day with only a few stops.Such presses are often connected toa large silo with automatic dischargesystem.The BP 6000 HD automatic is verysuitable for unmanned productionof industrial briquettes at installa-tions with limited silo capacity. It’sSiemens PLC-control can be set onautomatic in order to automaticallystart up the press as soon as thelevel sensor of the silo indicates thatmaterial is available at a certain levelin the silo. The press stops automati-cally just before the silo is empty. Itis also possible to integrate a mo-dem for remote fault inspection andreprogramming performed by ourservice engineers.The BP 6000 HD has an extremelystrong machine frame made of spe-cial steel. The two heavy, balanced?ywheels and all vital parts beenintegrated in the frame or the protec-tive sheet metal casings that give the press a streamlined look and ensures easy cleaning of the unit. Base for the unit is a steel reinforced concrete foundation to secure a steady opera-tion with a low vibration level.An advanced die system with roundand square dies for various applica-tions is available for the BP 6000 HD.We also offer a solution for makingbriquettes with a centric hole.
