BPH Series Briquetting Presses Brochure

CF Nielsen offers a range of hy- draulic briquette presses compris- ing of 3 models: BPH 60 with a bri- quette diameter of Ø60 mm. BPH 70 with a briquette diameter of Ø70 mm and BPH 70-2 also with a briquette diameter of Ø70 mm and two press cylinders in combination with one hydraulic oil tank and two separate hydraulic pumps. The BPH series are sold mainly to smaller, professional users. We have used replaceable hardened inserts in press chamber. Replace- able oil bronze bushings have been mounted in the press clamps. The BPH series can produce bri- quettes of high quality in almost any kind of materials, such as MDF dust, shavings, seed husk, ?ax, saw dust, tobacco dust etc. Our customers are guaranteed presses with a minimum of mainte- nance, and a high liability of opera- tion many years ahead. The BPH series are all operated by a modern Siemens PLC-control. This control ensures that almost any essential functions can be conducted automatically. If anything happens in a cycle the BPH series shift auto- matically to emergency program and the BPH series will then try to reset themselves and clean all chambers for material before starting up again. By receiving signals from the silo, the BPH series can be set to start up automatically the production of bri- quettes from the raw material in the integrated silo. The press will stop automatically when the silo is empty. In other words: the PLC-control starts and stops the briquette production according to your need, with the result that the briquetting press solves your waste problem without you giving it a thought. The integrated, galvanized steel silo mounted at the BPH series can be delivered in different sizes from the standard silo with a volume of 1.5 m3 and up to a maximum volume of 12 m3.
