We take projects from concept through to planning submission and consent. Our team of multidisciplinary specialists has the right mix of expertise to deal effectively with the iterative design and EIA process, delivering both consentable and buildable projects. MULTI-DISCIPLINARY PROJECT DELIVERY By working as part of an integrated team, we use our skills and understanding of often complex and interrelated environmental, technical, financial and regulatory issues to determine the best solution for your project. We structure a bespoke team of specialists around the requirements of your project, and can lead your project from conception through to planning submission and consent. EIA-CO-ORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT: We have a dedicated team of experienced consultants who provide the expertise and momentum required to develop projects in the most efficient way. We are familiar with all aspects of the EIA process, in particular the assessment and reporting process necessary to accompany any planning application, including the preparation of Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements. By fully integrating our in-house disciplines, we smooth the path to consent for our clients. We are also often commissioned to undertake only selected technical studies as part of a larger team. As such, we can match our skills to your requirements, however large or small. STAKEHOLDER AND PUBLIC CONSULTATION: We value the importance of early stakeholder consultation in the development and EIA process and have established links with the key stakeholders across the UK. By engaging with these stakeholders at an early stage, we ensure that the design balances environmental, social and economic needs with planning requirements and development aims to create a holistic, sympathetic and integrated design which minimises costs associated with secondary mitigation. We have extensive experience in conducting public consultations, from small local level developments to major applications. Esri ArcGIS is our data system of choice, as it enables us to efficiently and effectively manage our data. It is particularly effective for modelling cumulative impact zones of visual influence and other specific queries. We also use this system for data management, interpretation and analyses for a range for technical disciplines.
