Complete an application form, including a description of the project and its location. To initiate the assessment process, return a signed proposal and contract agreement.2. Submit Project Documentation. SCS conducts a desk review of all project documentation.3. Site Visit. SCS conducts site visit(s) to assess your project’s compliance with the relevant standard(s).4. Verification Report. SCS makes a final verification decision and outlines findings in the Verification Report.5. Verification Opinion.
