Kruncher Model SE1215SpecificationsThe Kruncher by Hawkway Industries Incorporated extracts approximately 97% of the oil from used filters while properly hot draining filters removes only 60% and improperly draining filters removes only 30%. This potentially hazardous waste becomes 2 totally recyclable products when processed by the Kruncher. The New SE1215 model represents innovative shearing and crushing technology and utilizes a unique configuration of multi-axis hydraulic cylinders to produce - used oil and dense bricks of scrap steel. The fully automated Kruncher is loaded via a hopper located at the top of the machine where an agitator and gravity help to ensure the filters fall into the crushing chamber. When compared to previous models, the SE1215 is cleaner running and has better component life due to the configuration/position of the crushing unit. Brick oil reclamation is also maximized because chamber drainage occurs on 4 sides in comparison to 2 sides on previous models.
