®In-line Mixing ManifoldThe Mix Mate™ provides rapid and thorough mixing of two or more liquid streams.Especially effective as a sludge-polymer mixing device, the Mix Mate™ producesuniformly flocculated sludge ready to be dewatered. Standard units handle flow rates in the 10 - 400 GPM range. The units are constructed of carbon steel body with a rubber nozzle plate. Other materials of construction are available upon request.To prevent clogging, the rubber nozzle plate opens under pressure to release obstruction, passing it on downstream.Applications include mixing of sludge streams with polymer in route to any of the following: Clarifiers, Centrifuges, Belt Presses, Filter Presses, Dewatering Boxes, and Settling Ponds.Mix Mate™ Mix Mate page 1.pdf MM-CHART.pdf
