BAUER’s Natural Gas (CNG) Compression Systems are chosen by fleets all over the world because of their proven reliability and performance as well as their wide capacity and performance range. We offer the most complete line of standard, pre-engineered CNG compression systems in the industry ranging from 7.5 hp (9 scfm / 4.5 gge/hr) suitable for small fleets up to 350 hp (720 scfm / 360 gge/hr) systems suitable for large fleets and public stations. BAUER’s Nitrogen Generation Systems provide an attractive alternative to merchant supplied nitrogen because nitrogen is generated continuously on-site without the logistics problems associated with cryogenic gas. Our fully integrated nitrogen generation and compression systems are designed for industrial, manufacturing, defense, marine, aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, and food processing applications where nitrogen purity and consistency are critical. Our product capabilities range from miniature-sized portable system producing high purity nitrogen at 1 scfm to very large, diesel driven containerized systems for offshore use producing over 750 scfm. Purities range from 95% to 99.9% depending on whether membrane or PSA nitrogen generation technology is utilized.
