NADH (-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, reduced disodium salt hydrate).
Assay Buffer: 28 mM Potassium Phosphate @ pH 7.5, 0.025 mM EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).
Color Reagent: Citric Acid and Griess Reagents (Sulfanilamide and N-(1-Napthyl)ethylenediamine Hydrochloride).
