The large selection of PURItech’s emission reduction products enables us to offer the exact device for your applicationDAS-DBS System (Type A and Type B)Self-Regenerating System without equipment downtime employs both passive and active DPF regeneration techno-logy in one compact unit. This PURItech development com-bines passive regeneration either by catalytic (Type B) or FBC (Type A) combustion with an active regeneration by means of fuel injection.The combustion of accumulated soot happens automatically during engine operation. Hence the DAS-DBS Filter product is very well suitable for equipment with low exhaust gas tempe-rature profiles.DAS-DBS System (Type C)Self-Regenerating System without equipment downtime employs passive DPF regeneration. This economical DPF Sys-tem disposes of a catalytically active fuel additive which allows entirely passive Filter regeneration.The DPF muffler replaces the original silencer and is perfectly suitable for machines with a medium duty cycle. It is sulfur to-lerant to a very high degree.DPF1 / DPF2 SystemSelf-Regenerating System without equipment downtime employs passive DPF regeneration. Filter regeneration takes place automatically starting at 250 deg C due to a catalytic coating of the filter monolith (DPF1). An additional pre-filterupstream of the DPF enables the device to regenerate passively at even lower exhaust gas temperatures (DPF2).DPF1 & DPF2 were designed by PURItech for construction equipment, tractors and stationary engines.
