The passion for innovation has always been the driving force for Pieralisi Group since its origins, when Adeodato Pieralisi sets up the first workshop in the small town of Monsano in 1888, starting this family-run manufacturing business. From the post-war period onwards, with the foundation of the company M.A.I.P. (Macchine Agricole Industrial! Pieralisi - Pieralisi Industrial Farming Machinery) in the Group`s main Factory in Jesi the business expanded specialising in olive oil machinery. This to be a winning move, thanks to its commitment to research and the introduction, in the 1960`s, of the first decanter for olive oil continuous processing, destined to revolutionize the traditional extraction process, enabling Pieralisi to conquer home and international markets.
