All records and reports are delivered in an electronic format to suit customer needs. Studies can be undertaken on new plant, on developments, on modernisations or on existing facilities.>Overpressure Emergency Venting SystemsOver pressurisation of processing vessels can be safeguarded by the provision of emergency venting systems. The risks of such vessels producing two phase fl ow is high and appropriate methods need to be used to assess the risks and to provide a safe design. BPE can offer the full design to the DIERS methodology.>DSEAR, ATEX and Hazardous Area Classifi cationThe Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR) and ATEX 137 place a legal responsibility for all employers to protect its workforce against explosive environments in the workplace. BPE can assist in this process through Risk Assessments, Risk Elimination or Mitigation and the Classifi cation of Hazardous Areas.>Safety Instrumented Shutdown Systems‘Trip’ systems are used to provide automatic protection of processes when control systems fail.
