ETS dry well pumping stations with solids separation system, like the EPS pumping stations, are devices used for pumping wastewater. ETS can be applied at locations where the natural topography varies – in areas with low population density, at households and industrial plants situated at a considerable distance from the point of sewerage discharge, as well as in urban areas. The observed increase in the concentration of solids in the wastewater, which results mainly from water saving, means that the application of the ETS is often a more rational solution (Table 1).
