Richard A. Matthews has been actively involved with the revision of Federal Standard 209 as well as contributed to committees for ASHRAE, the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IES), the Biological Safety Conference and served as an ISO committee chairman overseeing deliberations with delegates from over 33 countries for the new ISO Global Cleanroom Standards.
