Co-ordinates and manages community engagement using creativity and inspirational approaches;?? Steers complex regeneration projects through the planning process, preparing planning applications and advising on delivery mechanisms and development phasing;?? Develops renewable and low-carbon development strategies, and prepares masterplans and design frameworks.
