They’re tough farm hands that stand up to the rough and tumble world of rock picking and you can depend on them to get your rock picking jobs done quickly and easily.The XL6084 has a picking width of five feet while the XL78 spans seven feet. Choose the rock picker to suit your farm and let Highline’s rock pickers do the rest.Highline’s rectangular frame provides a solid foundation for years of maintenance free operation. The frame across the front of the rock picker is positioned high enough to give plenty of clearance for larger rocks while maintaining the overall strength of the frame.One-piece reel arms with a stress-proof shaft and hard surfaced reel pins ensure maximum strength. The 8” bogie wheels have sealed ball bearings for long life. Hard surfaced ductile cast apron tines are made to last and are easily replaced; one wrench and two bolts later, the tine is in place. Hydraulic hoses and cylinders are shielded to prevent rock damage.Highline’s rock pickers are made to pick rocks and leave soil in the field where it belongs. Because Highline’s rock pickers also dump their loads further back than many pickers, rock piles can be made higher and tighter, and trucks and trailers can be loaded closer to the center. Highline has also increased picking efficiency by using less time running back and forth to rock piles due to the large bucket capacity.Standard Hydraulic DriveHighline’s rock pickers come with a standard hydraulic reel drive and include a heavy duty, high efficiency parallel drive gearbox. With no chains to worry about breaking or wearing out, the hydraulic reel drive gives long-lasting performance and positive picking action. The reel can be reversed to clean out rock jams and you can make sharp turns, maneuvring better to pick more rocks.Standard hydraulic swing hitch makes moving from the road to the field even easier.
