Normally, electrical heating systems require a temperature control unit as it is only possible to ensure that the exposure temperatures for the electrical hea-ting and products to be heated are not exceed if such a unit is used . As a general rule, the following specifications of the standards EN 60519-1-2-10 and EN 62395-1 shall be respected for the operation of electrical heatings . We recommend to use a temperature control system in conjunction with a sta-bilized system design or a temperature limiter to avoid damages to persons and material . In accordance with EN 62395-1 and EN 60519-10, residual current devices (RCDs) are to be provided in order to disconnect from the mains in good time and to avoid consequential damages Attention: heating cable and heating tape may neither intersect nor come into contact .
