Established in 1989 by Godfried Terberg, Terberg Matec UK quickly became well known and respected within the UK`s refuse collection industry.

Originally set up as an organisation to manage the distribution of Terberg bin lifting systems in the UK the company saw the sales of Terberg bin lift systems grow year on year since 1989.

Subsequently Terberg Matec UK also established itself as a supplier of multi-compartment specialist recycling vehicles.

The latter product line was added following the acquisition in the year 2000 of Will Engineer, a leading specialist body-builder and recycling vehicle manufacturer.

Terberg Matec UK now shares its employees between its production and service facilities in Warrington, Cheshire and Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

As the sales of bin lifts and specialist recycling vehicles have increased, Terberg Matec UK, has continually invested to ensure that the Company’s after sales organisation remains capable of supporting the increasing ‘population’ of products in the UK.

In 2017, Terberg Matec UK became a trading division of Dennis Eagle Ltd.
