The surface is protected by coloured granules. The underface is sanded.Fire rated cap sheet (COLPLY TRAFFIC CAP FR 461) is also available for increase fire resistance.INSTALLATIONADHESIVECOLPLY TRAFFIC CAP 460 & COLPLY TRAFFIC CAP FR 461 are unrolled on COLPLY BRUSH GRADE adhesive applied using a notched trowel. Apply COLPLY TROWEL GRADE adhesive for the first 125 mm (5 in) of the end laps with a steel trowel with 5 mm (3/16 in) notches.Complete the installation by welding the last 25 mm (1 in) of the overlap to the existing surface, using an electric hot-air torch and a membrane roller.Welding must also be done on all side laps.
