Vacoline from LANNER. The Vacoline is a fully automatic solution in crushing and transporting chips by means of vacuum suction, which is directly integrated in the machine tool itself. Chips are crushed with a LANNER® chip crusher in the machine tool. Mistakenly insert tramp metals are automatically ejected. Chips are transported through piping to a central chip treatment system by vacuum suction. This system is easily expandable at any time. A suction system can suck up short chips, from a saw for example, through the piping without a chip crusher.
