Features
The Vortex Depollution Tower is a neat, compact version of our
high volume system designed for faster processing of vehicles.
The tower contains four high volume air operated diaphragm
pumps, (each capable of draining fl uids at 35 litres per minute)
and will drain Oil, Coolant and Fuel simultaneously through large
bore pipes that allow an increased fl ow and prevent blockage.
We have combined the Depollution Tower with our rugged
Vortex Fuel Tool which powered by compressed air punches
through the fuel tank. A major improvement on drill based
technology.
There is a complete seal around the fuel tool head and
our no-drill solution allows fuel to be inspected for dirt or
contamination before being sent to storage tanks for clean fuel.
The Depollution Tower is fi tted with fi lters and has a manual fuel
diverter option to separate dirty or contaminated petrol/diesel
for connection to a dirty fuel tank.
There are two adjustable height oil drainers on a fl exible,
extending arm to allow simultaneous draining of engine and
transmission oils. The arm is complete with a full set of tools to
ensure everything required to remove drain plugs is on hand.
The Vortex Coolant spike enables rapid draining of coolant from
under the vehicle. Under-bonnet fl uids i.e. screen wash; brake
fl uid and power steering oil are removed through suction hoses.
The Vortex Depollution Tower System provides the complete
solution to for draining all fl uids, quickly and effi ciently to
increase the productivity of your ELV operation. The tower is
designed to work with a depollution lift such as the single post
Ecolift 30 or similar.

Features
Designed for the fast separation of wheels and tyres from both
steel and alloy rims.
Manufactured in the UK the build quality is more robust than
any other tool on the market. From its heavy duty rams with
60mm rods to the double thickness materials used throughout
the construction every part of this machine has been designed
to provide a long life with minimal maintenance.
With a cycle time of just 15 seconds the wheel ripper can
process over 200 wheels per hour, as long as the operator can
keep up.
The wheel ripper comes as standard with a 4kw 3 phase power
pack, however we could fi t an engine driven power source if
required, as well as the option for trailer mounting.
The Vortex wheel ripper separates wheel rims from tyres in a 15
second cycle.
The gripper bar closes onto the tyre and traps it against the
locating grip rail. The second ram then forces the rim out of thee
tyre.
The hydraulics are powered by either a 4kw or 7.5kw electric
motor, but this could be just as easily fi tted which an engine
driven version.
The maximum rim size is 20” or 508mm large enough for a small
commercial vehicle wheel.
