Waste Water Treatment Systems Brochure
31The Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (DIBT - German institute for buil-ding technology) has subdivided the performance of waste water treat-ment plants into discharge classes. The relevant environmental autho-rity specifies the discharge class for the place where the system is to be built. The premium eco 1.0 system is designed for discharge classes C and D: Discharge class C means: Reliable basic purification with removal of carbon (COD, BSB5). Discharge class D means: In addition to carbon, the nitrogen is also removed microbiologically from the water.Compact system premium eco 1.0System size Order no.: System 4 EW G0002542System 6 EW G0002275System 8 EW G0002288System 10 EW G0002580System 12 EW G0002794System 16 EW G0002811System 18 EW G0002812Please order soak-away separately, page 26Aeration is done by an aeration pump which produces uniformly compressed air. Aeration hoses lead from the pump to the waste water treatment plant, which supplies air to the individual elements. The control system is electronic. The control technology and the aeration pump are in the control cabinet. Outdoor or indoor installation is possible. The control itself is ready to plug in, so you only need a 230 V plug to connect it up. The system runs in automatic mode. All parameters are already pre-set. All system components are pre-assembled so that individual elements have to be connected according to the modular design principle. The clarified water is conveyed via a sampling container, which is fitted with an emergency overflow incl. back-flow prevention device. The only pump needed is located outside the waste water in the control cabinet and is plugged into a power outlet built into the control system. Maintenance must be performed by a professional. SBR technology – what is it?SBR stands for sequencing batch reactor – that means that the naturally occurring waste water is treated in batches in sequence of operations.Over the years, SBR systems have proven to be inexpensive and very reliable.• Modern systems engineering• Proven for years• High operational safety• No fragile pumps in the water• Low power consumption• Faster installation• No electrical components in the water• Superior effluent values including nitrogen removal• Made in Germany for EuropeThe benefits to you:Function: simple, effective, reliable1 23 4Waste water treatment system premium eco 1.0 SBR process engineering developed for discharge classes C, N and D Phase 1 Loading/preliminary sedimentation:The domestic sewage flows into the first chamber. Solids sink to the bottom. The pre-treated water then passes into the second chamber.Phase 2 Aeration:This is where the effective biological purification takes place, exclusively through microorganisms that are particularly effective because of the air supply.Alternating aeration and resting phases ensure good living conditions for the microorganisms.Phase 3 Calming:In the rest phase, the sludge, the activated sludge, sinks to the bottom. A zone of clear water forms in the top part of the chamber.Phase 4 Sewage water draw-off:At the end of the rest is taken from the tank via a sampling container into, for example, a percolation system or into activated sludge is conveyed chamber. The conveyance on the water sludge betweenthe chambers the tank is done be means oftechnology - air bubbles lift water and activated sludge.Dimensions in mm, figures not to scale, for technical questions: info@greenlife.info
