Water Reduction and Waste Treatment System - Data Sheet

This filtration system is designed to filter particles down to 0.1 micron and recycle wastewater generated from wafer grinders or other particulate generating tools. The skid-mounted system offers a small footprint and is based on a “Plug and Play” design, saving time and providing ease of installation. The skid is shipped complete with dirty and clean side recycle tank, pumps, filters and a 2.0hp air cooled chiller unit. The system is pressure tested prior to shipment.
