domestic, industrial and public context.The range includes impellers for drainage, full free passage vortex, grinders, open single-channel and closed single/dual-channel impellers.The 2, 4 or 6 pole motors have power ranges from 0.3 kW to 37 kW and Zenit is planning the selection to include models up to 75 kW.Of particular interest is the line of pumps boasting ATEX certification, designed to operate in potentially explosive atmosphere in the presence of liquids, dust and gas.The Blue Series, introduced in 2004 as the first range of domestic products meeting high construction standards, 250- and 400-litre version and can be used for the collection and release of domestic waste water in cases when it is not possible to reach the sewage lines by means of natural gravity.Stop and GoThe Zenit electromechanical and electronic panels are suitable for the management of any electric submersible pump, from 0.37 to 55 kW, mono-phase, tri-phase or star/triangle.They have been designed for use with float switches and level gauges.The vast array of standard products is accompanied by customised panels designed to meet specific customer needs.Everything under controlFor the pumping stations the COMMANDER microprocessor electronic control unit makes it possible to manage the pumps during the filling and emptying phases of the tanks, detect anomalies or malfunctions (including by means of SMS messages), distribute start-ups and hours of operation and signal the need for maintenance work.In addition, the storage of historical data makes it possible at any time to access a complete archive of information regarding the equipment which is useful for statistical purposes and planning work.Our productsWater and airIn an effort to provide an ever broader and more complete package of products and services, Zenit has further expanded the line of products for the water purification sector.Selecting the right configuration of machines and equipment is a complex task as it is influenced by a number of factors.This is why Zenit technicians are available for assisting customers during every phase of the project.Thousands of blue bubblesThe air diffusers are disc shaped (Oxyplate), measuring 9” and 12” and tubular (Oxytube), measuring 2”, featuring elastomer membranes that ensure high levels of oxygen transfer.Zenit is capable of designing and supplying prefabricated aeration systems with fixed diffuser bodies in PVC and extractable ones in stainless steel.Oxygen for the waterThe Venturi-type submerged aerators ensure an efficient combined mixing and aeration action and they are especially suitable for homogenization tanks, storing water from the first rainfall and many other applications.They are made by connecting submergible pumps with power levels up to 30 kW to channel-type hydraulic units and ejector devices from the “OXYGEN” series.The ejector devices feature a diaphragm that is made from a tough, abrasion-resistant polyurethane and these diaphragms are easy to change for precise system calibration operations.Moving water The submergible mixers and the flow generators have blades featuring self-cleaning profiles measuring from 285 mm to 2100 mm in diameter with a rotation speed from 1000 to 27 1/min.They are available in cast iron or stainless steel with direct transmission or reduction gear.The mixers are supplied with
