AWRA Emerging Contaminants of Concern in the Environment: Issues, Investigations, Solutions

The goal of this conference is to provide a balanced interdisciplinary forum on emerging chemical and microbial contaminants (ECs) of concern in the environment. Emerging contaminants of concern are defined as those chemicals or pathogenic microorganisms that are not commonly monitored, but have been shown to occur in the environment and may have the potential to represent an ecosystem or public health risk.
