Indco - Model FM-100T -1 HP Electric Heavy Duty Direct Drive Flange Mount Mixer
INDCO`s deluxe heavy duty flange mount mixers are an excellent choice for mixing in large scale process vessels or anywhere sealed mixing is required. Simply the best value in the industry for this type of mixer, the FM-100T model features a 304 stainless steel 4" ANSI flange mount design and a dry-running mechanical seal rated 125 psi to full vacuum. The 3/4 HP totally-enclosed fan cooled motor runs 1750 rpm, requires 115 volt, 60 Hz single phase power, and is connected to the 3/4" diameter x 34" long mixing shaft by a stainless steel coupler. A heavy duty bearing adds support to maximize shaft stability. At the end of the mixing shaft is a 5-1/2" diameter, 3-blade square pitch propeller which attaches to the shaft with set screws and provides outstanding fluid velocity. All wetted parts are 316 SS for chemical resistance.
This model features a Baldor motor known for quality and reliability. Many custom options are available for our heavy duty flange mount mixers including washdown duty, explosion proof or stainless steel motors, variable speed control (VFD), customized seals, special shafts and alternate impellers.
